We're glad you asked! We have our own team of professional, trained installers, and guarantee all labor and installation for one year. Our materials and products are top quality, guaranteed to last- many of them covered by extensive warranties. In addition, our company insures all staff and workers, so you can have peace of mind when pursuing your next home project. 

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Credit cards incur a 3% processing fee. 

It depends on the project! We do not have most materials in house, so we order materials for jobs when they are booked. Manufacturing time can be anywhere from 2-5 months, depending on the material. Installation times vary by project and due to weather as our projects are largely outdoors, but often take between 1 day for a small job and up to 1 month for a very large job.

We need measurements of your project area and may need photos to give you an accurate estimate. Please consider booking a free in-home consultation!

Our owner, George, generally goes to a few in-home consultations per day. He is the sole person completing the estimates and the sole business owner, so estimates tend to have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience!

Our prices are generally higher than local store prices/DIY prices. We have our own team of trained, professional, and insured installers and provide quality, top-of-the-line products that are guaranteed to last. 

Prices vary largely due to size and customizations, but generally, ranges are:

3 Season Sunrooms: Starting at $25,000 

All Season Sunrooms: Starting at $40,000

Screen Rooms: $10,000 - $30,000

Awnings: $5,000 - $15,000

Patio Covers: $5,000 - $20,000

Pergolas: $10,000 - $30,0000

Shade Products: $1,000- $10,000

Unfortunately, we only sell our products along with the installation of said products.

Generally, if your product was purchased from us within the last ~10 years- yes.

If your product was purchased before 2017 when our current owner took over or was purchased from a different place, we will do our best to help, but often can only offer complete replacement for things due to differing products and manufacturers.
